Looking around online, I didn't find any reports on how well it would piece of work with this photographic camera. I wanted to study that information technology is working not bad with the camera. Information technology has an effective range of 150-600mm with this photographic camera, every bit information technology is a crop sensor. The pictures come out dandy. Review by CMCM Posted on 3/5/2019 Exceptional Lens It was a flake of a journey to decide on this lens. Start I rented a 150-600 from a competitor, which I wasn't impressed with. Then I rented the famous 200-500, which was wonderful but huge, heavy and tiring to utilise. I already had a small AF-P 70-300 but wanted a chip more than reach. Every bit I looked at focal lengths from 200-300-400-500-600, I constitute there was not really a huge gain in achieve from 400 to 500 or even 600mm, simply there was a overnice gain from the 300mm I already had to the 400mm of this lens. I got a cracking price on the lens including both filter and dock, so I was very pleased. Nevertheless, right out of the box my lens was perfectly tack sharp at all points in the FL, so no dock adjustment was fifty-fifty needed. Thus far I accept only used the dock for a firmware update, which was easy to do, just it'south nice to have the dock for future updates. I love my 150-600 for road trips to Yellowstone, and accept gotten some great shots with information technology, but it is really as well large and heavy for many trips. The 100-400 works keen with my Sony A6300/MC-11 setup, and produces nice sharp pictures. AF is fast and accurate. Nosotros went on a Bout of South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. The wildlife and birding was amazing and this lens was awesome capturing this wonderful journey. I did use a monopod with it. I wish information technology had a tripod collar but it work great with the camera body on the monopod. I wish there was a way to post some of my images to show what this lens can do.
